This position focuses on managing email marketing initiatives utilizing tools such as Braze, Adobe Campaign, or comparable platforms.

As part of the customer engagement division at Direct Recruitment, you will collaborate with diverse clients and employ various campaign management tools to execute digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee the complete lifecycle of email campaigns using Braze, Adobe Campaign, or similar technologies.


• Conduct data selection for target demographics, implement campaign workflows, and manage the scheduling and deployment of automated and triggered campaigns.


• Engage with a variety of clients who may utilize different campaign management systems, providing you with a unique opportunity to enhance your expertise across multiple platforms.


• Collaborate closely with clients as well as internal teams including strategy, production, data analysis, and project management.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience in email campaign management, including data selection, campaign workflow implementation, and campaign deployment.


• Familiarity with campaign management tools such as Braze, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Bloomreach, or similar platforms.


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
