Product Stewardship Specialist

VRS Regulatory is seeking a highly skilled Product Stewardship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs and Risk Assessment division, you will be responsible for ensuring national and regional regulatory compliance for our diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regulatory support to new product development (NPD) and product notifications
  • Manage external expert consultants and share regulatory expertise with the business
  • Research and impact assess emerging regulatory issues
  • Answer complex customer regulatory enquiries

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in product stewardship or regulatory compliance
  • Chemicals industry regulatory knowledge
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply chemical legislation
  • Broad knowledge of regulations with ability to be subject matter expert in certain regulations
