About the Role

Elevate is seeking an experienced Communications Consultant to join our team for a 6-month period. The ideal candidate will possess experience working within law firms and have a strong background in employee-focused communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication strategies tailored to legal environments and employee needs.
  • Plan, execute, and manage communication projects and campaigns effectively.
  • Provide expert guidance on change management communication within a legal context.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure both written and visual content is compelling and effective.
  • Contract and liaise with design professionals to create high-quality visual presentations and materials.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in legal communications, ideally within law firms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute employee-focused communication strategies.
  • Expertise in change management communication and legal sector nuances.
  • Proficiency in contracting and working with designers for visual content.
  • Strong presentation skills with an ability to produce impactful graphics and visuals.
