Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored interventions and recovery approaches to support individuals in achieving their goals
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality services and support
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans and policies
- Relevant experience of working in health and social care, ideally within the field of substance use, mental health, or a comparable field
- Evidence of effective partnership working and the ability to network for the benefit of the client and service
- Evidence of managing a busy caseload or tasks and excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word and familiarity with database management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of complex issues presented by people in the community
- Determined, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
- Passionate and enthusiastic about making a real difference to the lives of people we support

What We Offer- Starting salary of £24,750, with opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal, meaning potential salary increase up to £29,250
