About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operative to join our team at QE Facilities. As a key member of our logistics service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of stock within our critical environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Replenish stock levels as necessary to maintain agreed inventory levels and timescales.
  • Process stock deliveries efficiently and within correct time frames, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety practices.
  • Responsible for storage and distribution of all stock, using initiative to resolve problems and escalate to line manager as needed.
  • Perform general stockroom duties, including housekeeping, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and systematic replenishments.
  • Provide administration support, including order entry, expediting, customer call resolution, and return goods authorization.
  • Ensure safeguarding of stock to prevent loss, processing and storing in accordance with supplier guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 Standard Grades or equivalent qualifications.
  • Specialist qualifications in Logistics and Warehousing or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to use a computer and perform administrative tasks.
