Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team at Toolstation Limited. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the branch, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a great shopping experience, delivering sales through service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.
- Branch Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including stock management, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Performance Management: Set and achieve sales targets, monitor and analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff, including on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders, including regular team meetings, one-to-one meetings, and performance reviews.
Requirements
