About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Joules. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for leading the sales team by example, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our stores operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team by example, using your excellent understanding of product and a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to create a unique shopping experience that reflects the Joules brand.
  • Support the development of the sales team and ensure that customer needs and wants are met.
  • Assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in-store efficiencies to drive profitability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a retail Supervisor or a Senior Sales Assistant, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

You will also need to be a product expert, with a strong understanding of our brand and products, and be able to communicate this effectively to customers and colleagues.
