We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Children's Residential Team at CareTech Group. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our team members, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and caring attitude towards our young people and colleagues.
- Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with our young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.
- Provide supervision and guidance to team members, promoting their personal and professional development.
- Deputise for the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager as required.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a residential care setting, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Qualifications in childcare or a related field (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Full UK driving license (due to the location and nature of the role).
