About the Role

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage service mailboxes, book meeting rooms, and hospitality services
  • Support guests with audio-visual equipment and concierge services
  • Offer administrative support to clients and visitors
  • Maintain the default standard of the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Update weekly and monthly reports
  • Act as an appropriate representative of the AEGON property helpdesk, reporting faults, updating logs, and chasing outstanding issues

Requirements

  • Proactive and flexible with a strong customer focus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous reception experience in a similar environment would be beneficial
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
