We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at 1st Choice Staff Recruitment. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, preparing VAT returns, and performing bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple clients and their financial records
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face
- Address client queries and concerns
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Experience using Xero and Sage accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple clients and their financial records
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
