Job Title: Visitor Experience Manager
Job Summary:
Castle Kennedy Gardens is seeking a highly skilled Visitor Experience Manager to join our team. As the face of our garden attraction, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visitor experience, ensuring that our garden attraction meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the garden attraction, including the management of the shop, tea room, and plant centre.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract new visitors and increase revenue.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the garden attraction, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a garden attraction or similar environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a field such as hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
- Other: Full driver's license and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Competitive Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Accommodation: A two-bedroom cottage with garden, available at a reasonable rate.
- Relocation Support: Assistance with relocation costs, including a rent-free period for the first three months.
