About the Role
Vetisco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Director to lead our mixed animal practice. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to our team of veterinarians and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and direction to the veterinary team
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and practice efficiency
- Collaborate with the practice management team to develop and implement business strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- RCVS accreditation and a strong track record of clinical leadership
- Experience in a mixed animal practice or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
