About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conveyancing Executive to join our National Conveyancing Department at Talbots Law. As an Employee-Owned Company, we pride ourselves on our values-led approach and commitment to excellence in all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and manage cases from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers, providing accurate legal guidance and support.
  • Manage a full caseload with a focus on Residential Conveyancing transactions, responding to clients and third-parties on technical legal enquiries.
  • Be actively involved in the development of the department, including training and supervising Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors.
Requirements
  • A Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track-record of Conveyancing processes and excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a motivated, organized team-player with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
