Talbots Law is seeking a highly skilled Senior Conveyancing Executive to join our National Conveyancing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the development of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and manage cases from instruction through to post-completion
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers
  • Manage a full caseload with a focus on wider residential conveyancing transactions
  • Respond to clients and third-parties on technical legal enquiries
  • Provide an excellent service to clients and introducers, maintaining regular and proactive contact throughout the process
  • Be actively involved in the development of the department, including training and supervising Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors
Requirements
  • A Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track-record of conveyancing processes
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice
  • Detail-driven, with excellent communication skills and a motivated and organized team-player
