About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conveyancing Executive to join our National Conveyancing Department at Talbots Law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and introducers, providing exceptional service and guidance.
  • Conduct and manage cases from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Respond to technical legal enquiries from clients and third-parties, providing accurate and timely advice.
  • Contribute to the development of the department, including training and supervising Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors.
Requirements
  • A Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with extensive experience in Residential Property.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, with a proven track-record of Conveyancing processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
