We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Specialist Paediatric Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our Children's Physiotherapy team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist with a passion for working with children and young people to take on a clinical specialist role in our paediatric musculoskeletal service.
Main Responsibilities- To provide specialist clinical assessment and management of children and young people's needs and to plan and implement packages of care accordingly.
- To support the child, family and/or carers holistically, in response to their specific needs, maximising their independence and quality of life.
- To support the wider children's physiotherapy team and to be responsible for clinical supervision and mentorship of identified staff within the musculoskeletal aspect of the physiotherapy team.
- To be a senior member of the physiotherapy team, carrying clinical responsibility for a group of clients within a defined caseload; liaising and acting as a specialist resource within the multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team.
