We are seeking a Culinary Support Specialist to assist our school catering teams within a 15-mile radius. The successful candidate must be flexible and prepared to work in various locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance food standards within the school catering operations, ensuring compliance with client and company expectations.
  • Provide coverage in kitchens during the absence of the chef or cook manager, fulfilling their duties and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary and management skills, a genuine passion for fresh food, and experience in client relations. A qualification of NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or an equivalent certification is preferred. A competitive salary will be offered.

Applicants must have their own vehicle, insured for business use, with mileage reimbursed from the designated base kitchen assigned upon hiring.
