Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
  • Ensure the kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and stock levels
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar hospitality role
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
