Key Responsibilities- Lead the assessment and improvement of the current manufacturing process to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the R&D department, Manufacturing Engineers, and Supply Chain personnel to develop and implement plans for ongoing product development.
- Perform regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to enhance process procedures.
- Work closely with compliance personnel to ensure quality assurance policies and regulatory standards are met.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and standard operating procedures with the QA team.
- Conduct FMEA/PFMEA analysis and reporting duties.
- Assess assembly lines and propose modifications to current tooling.
- Demonstrate expertise in LEAN Manufacturing Methodologies and experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills, with the ability to manage projects and knowledge of project-based methodologies.
