Falcon Green Personnel is collaborating with a prominent engineering firm renowned for its expertise in delivering state-of-the-art mission-critical and data center infrastructure across various regions.

Following the successful acquisition of a significant data center project, the company is expanding its operations and is in search of a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a project valued at over £100 million.

While experience in data center projects is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate will possess strong project delivery skills, a proven track record, commercial acumen, and effective people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Mechanical Project Manager:

  • Provide guidance to Construction Site Managers on all mechanical aspects of the project.
  • Collaborate closely with M&E Design Coordinators and Consultant Design Teams to address technical inquiries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, specialized subcontractors, and in-house teams to ensure project success.
  • Engage in detailed reviews and analyses of received information and facilitate its coordination.
  • Work in partnership with the site administration team to ensure subcontractors have current project information.
  • Monitor the progress of mechanical work on-site.

Key Requirements for the Senior Mechanical Project Manager:

  • Experience in Life Sciences & Technology, Healthcare, or similar mission-critical sectors is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of various mechanical construction techniques and their practical application.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Client-facing with exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
