Employee Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Organizational Culture Partner. This is a key role that will work closely with our executive team to drive alignment on our mission and core values.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing holistic organizational culture strategies, clear narratives, and cultural solutions tailored to business needs. They will also be responsible for fostering leadership development initiatives, leveraging analysis of research to define the gap between ideal organization and culture state, and designing and prototyping new concepts for the future of our culture.
Key Responsibilities- Cultural Champion: Be a champion of our culture, helping the team understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our mission and common goals.
- Culture Analysis: Leverage analysis of research to define the gap between ideal organization and culture state and its impact on organizational performance.
- Culture Development: Develop an understanding of our organization and culture performance through research and benchmarking of top-performing organizations and cultures.
- Innovation: Design and prototype new concepts for the future of our culture.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the leadership and the global organizational culture team to create a roadmap to bring new initiatives to life.
- Culture Solutions: Responsible for consultative and customized solutions that address work environment issues in order to increase the health and cultural performance of the organization.
- Proven Experience: Proved experience in HR consultation, leadership development, content creation, and communications.
- Knowledge: Knowledgeable in organizational culture domains including employee engagement and retention, organizational development, employee relations, and internal communications.
- Cultural Competence: A natural coach and mentor with an ability to foster relationships with all levels of the team, to relate well with others, to listen effectively, and to help employees at all levels understand and live the core values.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: A data-driven decision-maker with the ability to advocate for investments in organizational culture strategies.
- Analysis and Synthesis: Proven experience in analysis, synthesis, and insight identification; Experience with concept creation, road mapping, and implementation of new strategic initiatives.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading organizational change and communications projects would be a plus.
- Global Experience: Preferably in a fast-moving, global industry or start-up company.
- Relationship Management: A proven track record of global, cross-functional partnership and relationship management.
- Self-Starter: Self-starter with the ability to define objectives, prioritize workload, and produce deliverables.
