Account Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the region, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients, including product selection, pairing recommendations, and inventory management.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Organize and participate in product tastings, trade shows, and promotional events to showcase our portfolio and engage with clients.
- Proven track record in delivering growth in the drinks industry, with a strong understanding of regional accounts and negotiations.
- High level of customer service and account management skills, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex product information to clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
