About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Revenue Officer to join our team at Hireroo. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading our Commercial function and driving revenue growth across all regions and channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
    • Lead the Account and Business Development Departments to achieve budgeted results and drive earnings growth.
  • Sales Leadership and Team Management
    • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their targets.
    • Collaborate with other senior sales professionals to identify and drive enterprise sales in complex and sophisticated organizations.
  • Product Development and Partnerships
    • Partner with our Product Group to identify and develop new products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that our Commercial function is operating efficiently and effectively, with a focus on process improvement and cost optimization.

Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, with a strong background in the payment industry.
    • Extensive experience in developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
