Position:
Executive Assistant

Compensation:
£25,000- £27,000 based on experience
Working Hours:
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday; 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays.

An Executive Assistant within a wealth management team is essential in delivering extensive support to high-level executives. Responsibilities encompass managing calendars, preparing documentation, handling communications, and acting as a bridge between executives and various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should exhibit outstanding organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

Required experience in related fields or roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the CRM system is updated, maintaining accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
  • Address client emails within a 48-hour period and respond to calls within 24 hours.
  • Create comprehensive and clear notes for all client interactions.
  • Document actions effectively for proper follow-up and resolution.
  • Finalize and dispatch review meeting letters within 10 days following client meetings.
  • Thoroughly review briefing notes and fund information from the Head Office.
  • Proactively manage tasks from the Adviser, including client correspondence as necessary.
  • Consult with the Adviser regarding any advice-related inquiries.
  • Stay informed with updates from the Business Analyst forum and disseminate relevant information.
  • Build trust with clients to enhance the Adviser's reputation and effectively manage Funds Under Management.
  • Complete all required due diligence prior to submitting cases for Paraplanning.
  • Address inquiries from Paraplanning in collaboration with the Adviser.
  • Obtain any missing information directly from clients for case preparation.
  • Participate in client events to strengthen relationships and promote services.
