We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Claims Handler to join our Claims Team at STRIDE Resource Management LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small caseload of commercial claims from initial notification to final conclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of circa 200 files, handling all classes of commercial claims efficiently and effectively.
- Assess liability, prepare claims for settlement, and maintain clear communication with all relevant parties.
- Collaborate closely with insurers, TPAs, and loss adjusters to achieve prompt resolution and settlement.
- Act as the client's representative during claims, maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.
- Experience as a Commercial Claims Handler in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of Motor, Property, and Casualty claims.
- Insurance qualifications and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. This is a hybrid opportunity, typically 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. We also welcome those requiring flexible or condensed hours.
