Rubicon People Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our client's quality department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing continuous improvement, quality assurance, and health and safety processes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the implementation of continuous improvement techniques and processes within the quality and inspection functions.
- Manage the internal audit program, producing reports and establishing improvement actions.
- Deliver training on quality and health and safety programs.
- Manage customer and internal NCRs.
- Develop and support quality improvement plans, championing a 'zero defect' culture.
- Update and control documentation, policies, and procedures relating to engineering and quality functions.
- Lead and facilitate the HSE reviews, ensuring robust corrective actions are implemented to improve future position.
- Monitor and audit the initial risk assessment process and ensure all areas always maintain up-to-date risk assessments.
- Experience of ISO9001 & ASO9100 environments.
- Demonstrable experience within a Quality Management role.
- Understanding of high industry regulatory and quality requirements.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Effective time management.
- Confident decision-making ability.
