Job Title: Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our childcare centre, providing exceptional care and education to our children, and contributing to the overall success of Bright Stars Nursery Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our childcare services, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with external professionals, such as health visitors and social workers, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the nursery.
