About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead our Soft FM service team in West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees to provide integrated Catering and Cleaning services to a NHS Mental Health contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide strategic and tactical support to all sites within the managed portfolio.
  • Ensure ISO compliance on-sites and oversee the management of Catering and Cleaning services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client/end user decision makers.
  • Ensure professional quality of service delivery and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and business growth initiatives.
  • Set and oversee budgets for each site within the managed portfolio.
  • Project manage new initiatives from inception to successful completion.
  • Provide monthly reports and management information in line with client requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Operational knowledge of budgets and P&L accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and motivation.
  • Proven experience of managing outsourced commercial contracts, including Catering and Cleaning.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a lateral thinker.
  • Knowledge of NHS 2021 Cleaning standards and Food Safety Level 3.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft packages and people management software.
  • IOSH and Social values knowledge desirable.
