Key Responsibilities- Deliver Projects with Excellence: You will apply the right processes, tools, methods, and skills to manage the delivery of projects from business case through to closure, ensuring consistent and transparent results.
- Risk Management: You will apply processes, methods, knowledge, skills, and experience to manage risk and ensure project outcomes are delivered in line with expectations.
- Project Governance: You will take responsibility for successful delivery in line with relevant policies and standards, keeping a focus on outcomes, defining, monitoring, and regularly reviewing the overall plan, and ensuring benefits and outcomes are captured and validated throughout the project.
- Stakeholder Management: You will be responsible for governance and oversight, providing the framework for implementation, working with the AE and Programme Director/PMO (where relevant) to establish/support a governance forum that is fit for purpose and facilitate the continuous review and approval of key delivery documents.
- Project Status and RAID: You will provide and regularly review an honest, transparent assessment of the project status and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies) of the initiative, escalating via appropriate governance.
- Collaboration and Partnership: You will act in partnership with the AE and Programme Director/PMO (where relevant), using your experience and insight to help engage senior leaders, maintain a focus on delivering outcomes, remove blockers, and resolve risks and issues and deploy appropriate governance and oversight of delivery (including the Project and/or Programme Forum).
- Resource Management: You will determine, monitor, and manage to workforce and financial requirements, liaising with product and service delivery on resource requirements; supplier and vendor management.
- Meetings and Communication: You will run/attend weekly working group and weekly delivery against plan meetings, maintain detailed build plans, manage updates, and delivery forum management, create/maintain interlock status updates, and manage stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Facilitation: You will facilitate meetings/conversations between applications teams, GTIS (Infrastructure team), EaaS (Environment as a Service team), and CTO (Chief Technology Office).
