Business Procurement Lead Opportunity

Bibby Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Procurement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in driving value and improving our commercial success.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our procurement strategy and drive positive impact across our businesses. You will be responsible for owning the delivery of our procurement strategy, negotiating with suppliers, and developing category management strategies to drive cost efficiencies and improve our colleague environment.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of different businesses, both in the UK and internationally, and will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team. With full management autonomy, you will relish the opportunity to coach and grow your colleagues into better professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive value and improve commercial success
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals
  • Develop category management strategies to drive cost efficiencies and improve colleague environment
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team
  • Work with various businesses to drive positive impact and improve commercial success
