Procurement Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Lead to join our team at Bibby Financial Services. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in driving value from our third-party spend and championing procurement across our international business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the Procurement Strategy, driving value from our third-party spend
  • Lead on big spend initiatives across our international business, negotiating and delivering category management strategies
  • Support our people in developing and implementing procurement processes
  • Continuously improve our procurement environment, driving it to its next level

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in procurement, with a strong track record of delivering value
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate and deliver category management strategies
  • Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment, with regular travel to our Banbury office
