Job Summary

They are seeking an experienced professional to assume a leadership role in overseeing property development and housing services within their organisation.

About the Role

You will personally witness the significant impact you can have on individuals' lives and play a key role in the leadership team of the Charity, allowing you to drive the strategy of service delivery and expansion. Additionally, as the organisation expands, this will open up opportunities for further progression, the chance to deputise for the Director of Housing Services, and have access to support for Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership of Housing Services, providing quality housing services for the people they support.
  • Review and assess planned maintenance requirements for the 5-year plan.
  • Engage hearts and minds across the organisation and externally to drive partnership working and to open up opportunities for service expansion.
  • Ensure that the Housing Services Team have the necessary skills, knowledge, and competency to do their work to a high standard.

Requirements

  • Experience operating at a senior or managerial level within a Care/Supported Housing organisation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Housing Management across tenancy and property.
  • Experience working with external partners to expand services and acquire new services/properties.
