About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
