We are seeking an experienced Associate Employment Solicitor to join our Employment and Business Immigration Group at Sheridans, a leading London law firm.
About the RoleAs an Associate Employment Solicitor, you will work closely with our Partners and wider team to manage complex employment matters and projects, both contentious and non-contentious. Your expertise will be sought after to advise on standard employment issues and processes, including performance and sickness management, contract and service agreements, and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities- Advising on employment law matters, including employment tribunal, civil court, and appeal litigation
- Providing strategic advice on current employment law and staying up-to-date with employment law changes
- Supporting the development of employment policies and procedures
- Working with clients to resolve employment disputes and negotiate settlements
We are looking for an experienced lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law, gained from a leading City practice. You will have a strong understanding of employment law and a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice to clients. Litigation experience and exposure to international employment law would be desirable, but not essential.
