Job Title: Learning Technologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Technologist to join our team at Instinct Resourcing. As a Learning Technologist, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of digital learning solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with academics and instructional designers to develop and implement online learning systems and solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and students on various learning management systems and digital tools.
- Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to build confidence and skills in supporting students.
- Manage and supervise Digital Learning Champions to provide support to staff and students across the institution.
- Develop and maintain digital learning resources, including multimedia content and interactive tools.
Requirements:
- Higher Education experience with a focus on digital learning and instructional design.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Moodle and other learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with academics, instructional designers, and technical staff.
- Proactive and personable, with a willingness to assist others and provide support.
- Desirable skills include creative and design skills, experience with scripting and storyboarding, and knowledge of learning design methodologies.
