About the Role
Instinct Resourcing is seeking an experienced Learning Technologist to join our client's collaborative team in a student-facing support capacity for various online learning systems and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Higher Education sector and be well-versed in working with academics to support learning and assessment provisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for online learning systems and solutions
- Collaborate with academics to design, test, and evaluate new blended learning content and courses
- Consult with stakeholders to gather yearly requirements for course rollover processes
- Design and develop bespoke training resources and solutions
- Oversee helpdesk and tickets, working with the team to build and take ownership of solutions
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication
- Knowledge of course rollover processes and ability to consult with stakeholders
- Experience designing, testing, and evaluating new blended learning content and courses
- Experience in a project-based work environment and knowledge of cross-sector practices for digital learning projects
- Ability to work with team to build and take ownership of solutions
Desirable Skills
- Experience scripting, storyboarding, and developing digital learning content
- Sound knowledge and application of learning design methodologies
- Good understanding of data analytics and reporting
- Experience developing tools or applications such as Captivate, H5P
