We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee and direct our residential children's facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support for children.
Working Hours
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the children and the service.
Compensation
The salary for this role is set at £50,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will leverage your extensive background and leadership capabilities to manage all operational aspects of the home. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the home operates smoothly while upholding the highest standards of care for the children.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the residential home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience managing a residential care home for children, particularly those with learning disabilities. Additionally, you should:
- Hold or be willing to pursue the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Have substantial experience in supervising and managing care staff.
- Be knowledgeable about current legislation and standards related to children's care.
- Possess a valid driving license and access to transportation.
