M-Tec Engineering Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join their team. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs for new starters and existing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Training Program Development: Design and create training materials using technical functions to produce core fundamental skills, to be delivered virtually prior to integration into production.
- Skill Maintenance: Conduct weekly and monthly reviews to ensure skill levels are maintained across the shop floor.
- Improvement and Audit Activities: Identify areas for improvement and conduct audits to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Operator Support: Provide support to operators post-recruitment, including day one face-to-face checks.
- Training Material Creation: Facilitate and construct training materials, including content theory and practical.
- Liaison with Senior Supervisors: Close liaison with Senior Supervisors and Team Leaders to discuss training needs and shortfalls.
- Training Delivery: Lead key individuals on the shop floor to deliver training on a regular basis.
- Record Keeping: Complete relevant paperwork, transfer to computer systems, and maintain hardcopy of training and audit records for audit purposes.
- Knowledge Updates: Keep employees up to date regarding their knowledge requirements and any process changes or new operations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Safe Systems of Work, Safe Isolating Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures.
