At DCSL GuideSmiths, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing full support to the business and teams, in relation to all HR matters. This includes guiding and advising colleagues, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day smooth running of the HR function, and ensuring strict compliance with employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR software systems and MS Office skills. They will be proficient in HRIS systems, have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our Academy Team to ensure learning and development is supported with appropriate learning and development opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing recruitment, guiding management in the handling of performance issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with an additional benefits package including 25 days holiday, employer matched contributory pension scheme, flexible working opportunities, and more.
