Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hoka. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and developing strong relationships with our sales force and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer order information, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with sales teams and customers to resolve any issues or concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any order-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing cancellations.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, handling returns and credits in a timely and effective manner.
- Report on a regular basis to provide clear visibility into customer order status and account performance.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and German, with additional European languages a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, with experience working in multifaceted organizations a strong asset.
