Pertemps is seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to provide support to their busy transport office at a client distribution centre.

This is a temporary role to start ASAP and will pay £15.08 per hour.

Working hours/Shift pattern: 6am to 6pm, working 4 days on and 4 days off.

The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for all administrative duties including stock allocation, dispatch and transport.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing orders through SAP and handling all admin duties related to goods in
  • Completing driver debriefs
  • Answering all incoming enquiries

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience within logistics / warehouse environment
  • IT literate (Advantageous: MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Flexible to work on a shift rota basis
  • Able to work in a busy and pressurised environment
  • Transport industry knowledge would be an advantage
