Job Title: Communications Executive

Reed is seeking a skilled Communications Executive to support their digital channel strategy and ensure that all content is impactful, creative, and aligned with their unified approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that resonates with the target audience.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various digital channels.
  • Uncover and amplify brand stories through impactful content and social media campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
  • Own and manage the digital content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content publication.
  • Campaign management, reporting, and making recommendations to improve performance.
  • Identify new channels and content opportunities to shape future plans.
  • Monitor social media performance, measure engagement, and report on ongoing activities.
  • Manage the global intranet and Group website, including content strategy and updates.
  • Oversee social media channels, community management, and publishing.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in content development across multiple digital and social channels.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop/Canva and/or mobile video editing.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for social and digital brand channels.
  • Passion for social media and digital channels, with an awareness of current trends.
  • Collaborative work style with the ability to engage with different business units and functions.
  • Experience in social media measurement and reporting.
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
  • Organised and efficient individual.
  • Self-starter eager to take initiative and shape the role.
  • Experience with executive digital profiles is advantageous.
