About the Role:

  • Support the collection and submission of statistical data and information to ensure the service operates within contractual requirements and enables timely and accurate reporting to all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update local and central databases, providing timely and accurate data and information.
  • Record data and information to ensure the service operates within contractual, administrative, and financial requirements.
  • Administer petty cash management, ordering of supplies, invoicing, and other administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
  • Coordinate all tradesmen attending to building management and maintenance issues.
  • Act as a point of contact and coordinate all data-related matters, including regular and ad hoc requests from senior management.
  • Manage an electronic filing system to ensure client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner.

About You:

  • Knowledge and experience of general office procedures and administrative duties.
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in data collection systems.
  • Expertise in working with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Experience of maintaining databases and other data management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
  • Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
