About the Role:
- Support the collection and submission of statistical data and information to ensure the service operates within contractual requirements and enables timely and accurate reporting to all external and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update local and central databases, providing timely and accurate data and information.
- Record data and information to ensure the service operates within contractual, administrative, and financial requirements.
- Administer petty cash management, ordering of supplies, invoicing, and other administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
- Coordinate all tradesmen attending to building management and maintenance issues.
- Act as a point of contact and coordinate all data-related matters, including regular and ad hoc requests from senior management.
- Manage an electronic filing system to ensure client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner.
About You:
- Knowledge and experience of general office procedures and administrative duties.
- IT literacy, including proficiency in data collection systems.
- Expertise in working with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Experience of maintaining databases and other data management systems.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
