About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the collation and submission of statistical data and information that ensures our service operates within contractual requirements and enables timely and accurate reporting to all external and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the collation and submission of statistical data and information to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain and update local and central databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Record data and information to ensure compliance with contractual, administrative, and financial requirements.
  • Administrate petty cash management, ordering of supplies, invoicing, telephone, and reception duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a point of contact and coordinate all tradesmen attending to building management and maintenance issues.
  • Manage an electronic filing system to ensure client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner.
About You:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Knowledge and experience of general office procedure and administrative duties.
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in data collection systems.
  • Expertise in working with WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS IT packages.
  • Experience of maintaining databases and other data management systems.
  • A capacity to work alone and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • An empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
