Data Administrator for Rough Sleepers

About the role:
- Support the collation and submission of statistical data and information to ensure the service operates within contractual requirements and enables timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update local and central databases, providing timely and accurate data and information.
- Record data and information to ensure the service operates within contractual, administrative, and financial requirements.
- Administrate petty cash management, ordering of supplies, invoicing, telephone, and reception duties, building management, and support of telecommunication and IT systems.
- Coordinate tradesmen attending to building management and maintenance issues.
- Be the main point of contact for data-related matters and undertake regular and ad hoc requests from senior management.
- Manage an electronic filing system to ensure client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner.
About you:
- Knowledge and experience of general office procedure and administrative duties.
- IT literacy, including proficiency in data collection systems.
- Expertise in working with WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS IT packages.
- Experience of maintaining databases and other data management systems.
- Ability to work alone and remain calm under pressure.
- Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
