Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Governors at Educators Wales. As a Board of Governors Member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our institution and contributing to the education and wellbeing of young people in Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the institution in its student and community activities, including attendance at ceremonial and presentational events.
  • Contribute to enhancing the experience of our students and their employability.
  • Advise on strategic planning, accountancy, audit, and risk management.
  • Provide expertise on equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Support the bilingual nature of the College and enhance the language and culture of Wales.
  • Participate in the wider work of the College through attendance at appropriate events.
  • Promote the College in the wider community.
