About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Governance Project Manager to join our team at Outsource UK Limited. As a Governance Project Manager, you will play a critical role in facilitating Learning from Experience (LfE) workshops to enhance team performance and program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate LfE workshops to enhance team performance and program outcomes.
  • Oversee the governance and management of all LfE activities across the program.
  • Maintain and optimize the LfE database, supporting the integration of a new system.
  • Engage in stakeholder management, building strong relationships to embed LfE practices.
  • Review LfE outputs for quality, data standards, and process compliance.
  • Provide support and training to the LfE Champion Network.
  • Review key documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Track and report monthly metrics, monitoring progress and following up on action items.
Requirements
  • Project Management background, with experience applying PM competencies.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and driving team collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, administration, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent grammatical skills; a degree is desirable.
  • Project Management qualifications, such as APM certification, are a plus.
  • Ability to review documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Flexibility to attend on-the-job training as required.
