Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join our prestigious team at the Hydrogen Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior Corporate lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to expand their skills and expertise in the Corporate field.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of Corporate documents, including articles of association and shareholder agreements.
  • Conduct research and analysis on Corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions and company law.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop and implement Corporate strategies.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients in the Corporate sector.

About You:

  • Strong general Corporate experience, with a focus on company law and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Qualified in England and Wales, with a strong understanding of UK Corporate law.
  • 1-3 years of PQE, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent academics, with a strong academic record.
  • Strong interest in Corporate law and a desire to develop your skills and expertise in this area.
