Job Opportunity

Rev & Regs is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join their team as a Senior Associate in the Corporate department.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to be part of a multi-award winning and growing Law Firm. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Corporate transactions, including Mergers and Acquisitions, and will be responsible for managing and growing the Corporate workload.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the Corporate workload, working independently and as part of a team
  • Lead on Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, providing expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Provide support to the Commercial team, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results
  • Identify and analyze current and emerging legal issues and risks, and effectively communicate these to the appropriate levels of the business
  • Be involved in risk mitigation discussions, providing expert advice and guidance to clients


Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of post-qualification experience as a Corporate Lawyer
  • Strong Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • A high performer who thrives in a fast-paced business environment, with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A strong team player with a desire to learn and a commitment to the highest ethical standards
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement, be solutions-based, take responsibility and ownership of issues, and provide substantiated arguments and reasoning for your position
  • Qualified solicitor with a background from a good Corporate and Commercial law firm and/or in-house team with experience of Corporate transactions


Location: Remote (required to be in the office 1 day per month)

Salary: £70,000 - £95,000
