Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our team at CHAMP Cargosystems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Specifying software development requirements to meet the strategic, financial, and operational needs of our clients.
  • Providing support to the development team during development, ensuring efficient solutions that meet product and technical debt requirements.
  • Owning the end-to-end business domain module and working with stakeholders to agree on documented and efficient solutions.
  • Leading projects from inception to go-live, guiding analysts and development teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Mentoring business analysts and development teams in the development process, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Applying technical and product knowledge to analyze requirements and define suitable solutions for application enhancements.
  • Fully documenting functional and technical solutions, obtaining customer approval, and ensuring updated system support documentation.
  • Defining test cases and providing BA acceptance for developments and fixes.
  • Creating business process workflows, user interface designs, and mock-ups to mimic user interaction with our digital site.
  • Providing business and functional support to the technical team during development and testing.
  • Investigating operational problems, identifying causes, and supporting testing and implementation of corrections.
  • Building and maintaining test libraries for manual and automated regression testing.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Air Cargo management systems and the Air Cargo workflow.
  • Knowledge of industry inter-system message formats, rules, and applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and reporting applications.
  • Knowledge of common PC software and external interfacing systems.
  • Systematic approach to handling problems under pressure as part of a small team.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with integration testing of APIs using tools like Swagger, Postman.
  • Knowledge of API documentation using YAML specifications.
  • Creatively analytical and able to backup ideas with research.
  • Team player with experience collaborating with graphic designers, web architects, and clients.
  • Knowledge of prototyping using wire framing tools like Invision, Marvel, Framer, Axure.
  • Experience with Agile software development, Scrum methodology, and user story creation.

The selected candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Management and 5-7 years of experience working in the Air Cargo domain.
